Stainless Steel Shearing Factory constructed

Stainless Steel Fabrication Factory constructed

Stainless Steel Fabrication Factory relocated and expanded
Stainless Steel Wire Drawing Factory constructed
Head office relocated

Tsurumachi Factory constructed, becoming the Industry’s Largest Stainless Steel Shearing Factory
Stainless Steel Fabrication Factory relocated and consolidated into Tsurumachi Factory

Harima Sales Office opened
1991
Himeji Factory constructed, with expanded facilities for medium-to-heavy stainless steel plates and new facilities installed for thin sheets
Harima Sales Office relocated to the Himeji Factory and renamed Himeji Sales Office

Osaka Factory constructed and Tsurumachi Factory relocated

The Bar Steel Processing Factory relocated to the Himeji Factory
2007
Company-wide organizational restructuring (three-division structure: Sales, Production, and Administration)

Became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Metal One Corporation

Stainless Steel Wire Drawing Factory, Ichioka Factory, relocated to the Osaka Factory
